Chicken cutlet noodles
Overview
Love eating noodles, all kinds of noodles. I originally wanted to eat noodles today, but I thought my daughter might not like it, so I was thinking about what to make for her. I thought of chicken steak. I had fried it a few days ago, so I will try it differently today. The chicken cutlet is fried first and then stewed. It has soup and meat. This chicken cutlet noodle is also very pleasing. Meats and vegetables with sweet and sour flavors are always popular with children, so you can’t go wrong with this. Ingredients: Chicken breast, cabbage noodles, green onion and ginger. Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, starch, cooking wine, black pepper. Method:

Steps
-
Three pieces of chicken breast.
-
Pat the chicken breasts flat with a knife to make them bigger, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and black pepper to evenly coat.
-
Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the sauce. Here we use tomato sauce, salt, sugar, light soy sauce and vinegar.
-
Coat the marinated chicken with dry powder.
-
Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. Make sure it is hot before adding the meat pieces.
-
Fry until both sides turn brown.
-
Cut the chicken steak into small pieces.
-
Return to the pot, add onion and ginger, pour in the sauce, add a little stock, and bring to a boil over high heat.
-
Turn to low heat and simmer until the flavor is absorbed. The soup will reduce, so be careful when adding water at the beginning. Just put chopped green onions out of the pan. After the noodles are cooked, top with the cooked meat and mix with it to eat. While the noodles are cooking, you can cook some vegetables.
