Slice the rabbit meat into small pieces, wash the blood and squeeze out the water, add soybean flour, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, and salt and knead evenly, then marinate for more than 30 minutes!

Mix sweet noodle sauce with water and set aside!

Boil the green bamboo shoots and bell peppers in boiling water and set aside!

Put the oily rabbit meat in the pan!
