Pour milk, sugar and starch into the pot and stir evenly

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat until it becomes a paste.

Pour the milk paste into a container and send it to the refrigerator to freeze.

After 2 hours, take out the milk cake and cut into strips. Mix flour with water to form a paste. The batter must be very thick.

Put oil in the pot and heat it to 7 or 8 layers of oil temperature. Coat the milk cake strips with batter, fry them in a pan until the outer skin becomes crispy, take them out and drain off the oil.
