Overview
It was only when I wrote the last article that I thought, should I count the calories? Otherwise, wouldn’t it be suspected of fraud? Choose a few basic ingredients to calculate: chicken breast (120g) 140 calories + 2 tsp vegetable oil (10ml) 80 calories + 2 tsp sugar (5g) 30 calories + 1 tbsp soy sauce (15ml) 15 calories... Well, the basic calories do not exceed 300 calories. As for other characters (each article is slightly different), please refer to the label on the package.

Add chicken breasts to a pot with onion, ginger, rice wine and cold water, cook for 10 minutes (reduce the heat to low after boiling), turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the thickest part of the meat layer into pieces. If the meat is not pink, it means it is fully cooked

Take it out and let it cool (poke it with chopsticks to cool it faster)
