Peel the apple

Cut into evenly sized diamond-shaped pieces

Mix starch and flour into a bowl, add appropriate amount of water to make a paste with moderate consistency (add water in small amounts and many times to avoid the paste being too thin and unable to hang on the apples)

Add appropriate amount of corn oil to the pot and heat

Put the apples into the starch paste and make them evenly coated with starch paste

After the oil is hot, add the apples coated in starch paste and fry until the surface is golden brown

Remove and set aside
