Add the shrimp and chop until the shrimp is blended into the pork

Add salt, cooking wine, dry starch and mix well

Add the stock and stir well

Spread on the bottom of the bowl and flatten

Beat in eggs

Add the same amount of water as the eggs

Steam in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
