Cut the cabbage into shreds, wash, remove, and drain.

Chop onions, garlic and chili peppers.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, add onion, garlic and chili and saute until fragrant, then add shredded cabbage, season with salt, vinegar and light soy sauce, stir-fry a few times and it's ready.

Remove from pan and plate.
