Mom loves to eat pork ribs, and I love to eat potato-stewed pork ribs with rice. It’s so delicious. It’s a very ordinary home-cooked dish, but it’s something that people will never forget

Wash the spareribs

Slice ginger, mince garlic, dice potatoes, soak fungus, wash bay leaves, star anise, pepper and pepper

Blanch the ribs in boiling water, boil out the blood foam, remove and wash

Put oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until the flavor comes out

Then add various spices and stir-fry until the flavor comes out

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry

Add dark soy sauce for color and some soy sauce

Add water to cover the ribs, add cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat

Wait for the water to boil, add the potatoes, continue to heat, and then turn to low heat

After half an hour, add the fungus and salt

Continue to simmer the ribs over low heat for about half an hour

Before serving, add chopped green onion and turn off the heat
