Pan-fried pork belly with soy sauce
Overview
When watching Korean dramas, grilled pork belly often appears in the plot, and I can’t help but have the urge to eat it. Making grilled pork belly at home is actually very simple. This time I used bagged sauce. After grilling, the meat is more flavorful and juicy. Chili peppers are added during the grilling process, which not only enriches the taste but also removes fishy and greasy properties.
