Potato fork
Overview
Potato Chacha is a local specialty snack in northern Shaanxi and Longdong Gansu. It can be used as a staple food or as a side dish with comprehensive nutrition. First grate the potatoes into thick shreds, then sprinkle the flour evenly on top, so that the flour and potato strips are closely combined and have a chewy texture. After boiling water, steam them in a pot. There are many ways to eat steamed Chacha. Use ripe tomatoes to marinate, add onions, ginger, garlic and other condiments, dice the tomatoes, celery, green peppers, chop the leeks, put clear oil in the pot, stir-fry the cut things together over high heat, add the seasonings to make a sauce, fill a bowl of potatoes, sprinkle with the prepared sauce, it is very delicious. For a simpler version, you can directly add garlic paste, vinegar, chili oil and other condiments and mix it. Today I fried it at home and it had a different taste.
