Konjac Pork Ribs
Overview
I haven’t eaten konjac tofu for a long time. I bought a box in the supermarket after get off work and made this konjac pork ribs in the evening. Fresh, fragrant and sweet, the konjac is chewy and the ribs are delicious. It’s so delicious! 😋

Shred onions

Cut konjac tofu into small pieces

Wash the ribs, marinate with oyster sauce and half a spoon of salt for 20 minutes

Peel and slice ginger

Peel and slice carrots

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, first add the ginger slices and onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry

Pour in the marinated pork ribs and stir-fry

Add konjac, sprinkle with salt and five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly

Finally, pour half a bowl of water and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes

Before serving, add a little light soy sauce and stir well
