Brown sugar sesame cake
Overview
Pasta is a staple food at home. The steamed buns and flower rolls always make me tired, and the pancakes are too greasy. So I tried making sesame seeds. Speaking of which, I learned this method from a video on Baidu. That video was about how to make Beijing sugar sesame cakes. I followed the tutorial, but the taste was different and it felt a little hard, so I made a slight change, that is, I increased the amount of water and added a little more pastry to make the dough thinner. Sure enough, the sesame cakes made this time were praised by everyone in the family. They are not only used as breakfast, but also as staple food and afternoon tea.

Steps
-
Add yeast to the flour, add water and form a dough. Eat for a while.
-
Mix brown sugar and cooked flour into filling.
-
Heat the oil, add the flour and mix well to form a puff pastry. I didn't measure it, it's about half a small bowl.
-
Roll the dough into a rectangular flatbread half a centimeter thick. Apply a layer of puff pastry. Sprinkle with a layer of chopped sesame seeds and a little salt.
-
Roll up and knead evenly.
-
Divide into 12 even portions. Knead the two ends together, roll them into a cake, and wrap them with brown sugar filling.
-
Gently flatten the wrapped cake with your hands to make a cake about 1 and a half centimeters thick. Brush four times with water and dip in sesame seeds.
-
Place on a baking sheet, put in the oven, middle-upper layer, 200 degrees, 15 minutes.
