Pork and green onion buns
Overview
My husband said he wanted to eat steamed buns with pork and green onions. He was about to go out to buy them when I stopped him. Do it yourself and have enough food and clothing.

Steps
-
Add salt, sugar, black pepper, chicken essence, and soy sauce to the pork filling and stir evenly. Add a little more peanut oil and stir.
-
Add cold water in 3 or 4 batches and beat to form a water filling.
-
Chop the green onions and place them next to the meat filling. Simmer them with sesame oil. Do not mix them with the meat filling yet.
-
Dissolve the baking powder with warm water, stir it into the flour, mix with warm water to form a dough and let it rise for about 40 minutes. Divide into equal-sized portions.
-
Roll out the bun skin into a thin wrapper around and slightly thicker in the middle.
-
Mix green onions and minced meat together.
-
Put warm water in the pot, wrap them one by one, put them on the drawer to let them rise for 10 minutes, then steam them over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait another 5 minutes to take it out of the pot.
-
It’s out of the pot.

Although the buns are not as beautiful as the ones in the hotel, they are delicious when made by yourself.
