Crab within crab
Overview
It's crab season recently, and I steamed the crabs yesterday~ I came back this afternoon, and I had nothing to do, so I just used the few remaining ones to make fresh ones~ With the goal of dark cooking, I thought about it evilly, and the result is that it tastes good, it is definitely a mix of fresh and heavy flavors~ It's a pity that the lighting is dim and the photography skills are not good T^T, but overall it's okay~ you might as well make it for fun~

Ingredients, the eggs in the picture are randomly added and are not used ~ the crabs can be steamed directly in the pot

In fact, half a handful of vermicelli is enough, soak it in water until soft

Crab only takes crab shell and crab roe

Put the crab roe and crab paste aside

Spread the fried assorted vegetables and crab roe on the vermicelli. Steam for ten minutes

Smash the garlic into a puree, add vinegar, light soy sauce, a little sugar, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well
