Braised Mushrooms
Overview
Mushrooms, which are rich in trace element selenium, are good selenium-supplementing foods. A few hours after drinking mushroom soup, the selenium content and hemoglobin in the blood will increase, and the activity of glutathione peroxidase in the blood will be significantly enhanced. It can prevent peroxides from damaging the body, reduce the increase in blood pressure and blood viscosity caused by selenium deficiency, regulate the work of the thyroid gland, and improve immunity. This braised mushroom dish is simple to make, delicious and worth a try.
