Large meat crabs, also called Dungeness crabs, should be cleaned.

Chop off the crab claws and claws and pat them into pieces.

Use chopsticks to open the crab body and clean the crab gills, stomach and intestines.

Cut the crab body into 4 pieces.

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections.
