Clean the steak and dry it

Use the back of a knife to organize the steak and pound it to loosen it

Put the steak on the plate

Sprinkle with salt

Sprinkle with rosemary

Add black pepper

After kneading with hands, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the small tomatoes and cut them in half, wash and flatten the garlic cloves

Heat the pan with oil

Add small tomatoes and garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant

Add marinated steak

Fry the steak on both sides until it changes color

Add red wine

Drain the red wine, turn off the heat and serve on a plate
