How to cook Fancy coffee at home

Prepare whole milk and filter a cup of espresso.
Pour the filtered coffee into the cup. (If you like to add sugar, you can add it now)
Heat the whole milk to about 80 degrees and pour it into a French press to froth the milk.
Skim off the rough milk foam on the surface and pour the fine milk foam into the cup.
Sift cocoa powder through the flower-shaped spray mold.
