Use a bread machine to knead dough to make fermented bun dough

Klimt filling: After mixing three egg yolks with sugar, heat the milk and pour in the egg yolk paste. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Add butter and vanilla extract (the ingredients for the king's shortbread are listed above)

Put the fermented bun ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough until smooth, then let it sit for 15 minutes

Divide into 30g

Roll out a flat dough, thick in the middle and thin around the edges, put in the filling

Ferment for 1 hour

Steam in cold water for 12 minutes, keep warm for 2 minutes and take out
