Matcha Red Bean Paste
Overview
The freshly baked matcha red bean paste melts in your mouth, and a hint of matcha fragrance lingers on the tip of your tongue. If you eat it the next day, it is still as delicious, but the matcha flavor is so weak that you can hardly feel it. Although pastry snacks are very fragrant and attractive, even healthy people should not consume too much animal oil. Because animal oil is high in calories and cholesterol, it is not suitable for the elderly, patients with obesity, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, external diseases, diarrhea, and gallstones.

-

The mung bean paste is divided into 16 small balls; here I use the Jingri red bean paste that can be purchased in the supermarket. I have a tight schedule at work, so I am lazy when I can. Of course, I still have to fry it myself when I have time. There is less addition and the sugar content is easy to control;
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a ball, put a piece of pastry on it;
-
Slowly gather it to wrap the pastry;
-
With the mouth facing downwards, gently flatten it with the palm of your hand and roll it into an oval shape;
-
Roll up from top to bottom;
-
After everything is done, cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes;
-
Take out the dough, with the seam facing up, and flatten it with the palm of your hand;
-
Roll it out into a long strip again;
-
Roll up from top to bottom, cover with plastic wrap when everything is done, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and cut it evenly from the middle into 2 pieces of equal size with a sharp knife;
-
Press flat and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round piece with a thick center and thin edges;
-
Put the patterned side on the bottom, and wrap the non-patterned side with bean paste. Once done, it will look more beautiful;
-
Close the mouth tightly;
-
Try to put the red bean paste in the center of the pattern. Now it is ready, with the seam facing down;
-
Place the seam downwards, shape it slightly and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place it on the baking tray after finishing the process;
-
Put it into the preheated 170-degree oven, middle layer, with upper and lower heat, and bake for about 30 minutes; my oven has a high temperature, so I use 170 degrees. You can adjust the temperature according to your own oven. The temperature used by the little chef is 180 degrees;

Beautiful matcha green bean cake; here I am very grateful to the chef seniors and the "cooking for baby" seniors. I combined the methods of the two seniors, slightly integrated them in time and temperature, and made some adjustments. The effect is very good.

I live in the same city as my parents, so I hurriedly sent half of it to my parents. The freshly baked one was so delicious, and I wanted them to taste the fragrance of matcha at the perfect time. As soon as it was delivered, my mother said, oh, I ate too much today, and I ate one immediately followed by another: "It's so fragrant, I can't help it." This is the effect I want, and I feel happy in my heart. . .
