Green pepper stuffed potatoes
Overview
I have made tiger skin stuffed with green peppers and meat before, and my son likes it. This time, potatoes are used instead of meat, which gives it a different flavor.

Prepare 6 green peppers, wash and scoop out the seeds.

Mash the cooked potatoes with a spoon.

Add chopped green onion, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a little pepper and appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Mix well to combine with the mashed potatoes.

Stuff the mashed potatoes into each green pepper, and stick some starch on the seal to prevent the mashed potatoes from flowing out during frying.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and fry the green pepper until both sides become like tiger skin.

Place the fried tiger pepper on a plate and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add two tablespoons of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and half a tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add about half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
