Seaweed Broccoli
Overview
This is a sour dish. Seaweed and broccoli are hard and soft, so they don’t match each other very well. However, using the color and luster of the two to match the shape is really refreshing. Give it a try!

Main and auxiliary ingredients: broccoli, seaweed, carrot

Break the broccoli into small florets, slice the carrots and wash them.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt, then add broccoli and blanch until raw.

After taking it out, add a little salt and MSG and mix well. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes until the flavor is absorbed.

Soak seaweed in warm water until soft. Once dry, add oyster sauce. Add light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes to infuse the flavor.

Arrange on the plate: first arrange the seaweed into a tree trunk, then arrange the broccoli into the shape of a big tree, and finally garnish with carrot slices and serve.
