Ingredients: fresh shrimp, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, tomato paste, light soy sauce

Cut off the fresh shrimps, use a shrimp gun to peel off the backs of the shrimps, and remove the shrimp lines

Process all the fresh shrimps in turn and cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

Put the pot on the fire, add two teaspoons of cooking oil, and fry the cleaned shrimps.
