Grilled sausage and mushroom pizza
Overview
It was my first time to make pizza. I made the dough myself and made the pizza sauce myself. It felt really good when it was baked!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients for stir-fried pizza sauce. Peel the tomatoes and dice them into small pieces, and mince the onions and garlic.
-
Prepare pizza topping ingredients.
-
Heat the pot and add butter until melted.
-
grams of flour, 3 grams of yeast (5 grams of sugar and 90 grams of warm water are required when making dough).
-
Mix the flour with yeast, sugar and warm water, and stir until it becomes flocculent.
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place.
-
Make the pizza sauce while the dough is rising. Heat the pot and add butter until melted.
-
Add the diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
-
After the onions are sautéed, add the diced tomatoes. After the tomatoes are fried, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, black pepper, a little salt, an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and pizza grass and mix well.
-
Stir-fry over low heat until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
-
Remove the thawed mozzarella cheese from the refrigerator.
-
Remove the fermented dough to deflate.
-
Knead into original size.
-
Roll out into a round about the same size as a pizza stone.
-
Transfer to a pizza pan (no need to grease the non-stick pan) and shape into a crust with thick edges and a thin middle.
-
Use a fork to lightly poke holes in the bottom of the cake.
-
Spread the pizza sauce you just fried on the bottom of the pie.
-
Sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese.
-
Place a circle of grilled sausage slices, surround the blanched mushrooms in the middle, and sprinkle a few green pepper rings on top.
-
Sprinkle with another layer of cheese.
-
Spread onion shreds and blanched diced green beans, corn, and carrots.
-
Sprinkle with all remaining cheese.
-
Place in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, middle rack, for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 20 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes until the bottom of the cake is colored (depending on the oven of each person).
-
Finished, delicious pizza is out of the oven.
-
There is quite a lot of stringing, which is not bad!
-
I am very satisfied with the pizza I made for the first time, and I will continue to work hard!
