Dice the chicken and blanch the vegetables

Use a food processor to mash the blanched mushrooms, broccoli and carrots together (you can add a small amount of water so that the meat filling will be softer)

Add the beaten vegetable and chicken puree, salt, soy sauce and vegetable oil and mix well

Wrap it in a small dumpling mold

Bring another pot to a boil and add the dumplings under the water. When the dumplings bulge and float on the water, they are done
