Slice ginger and garlic, slice pork belly

Green and red peppers cut into small rings

Use a knife to tear the cauliflower into small florets

First boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and oil, then add cauliflower, cook until soft, remove and drain water and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until lard is slightly charred
