Bought a pig's trotter, plucked the hair, washed it, and cut the ginger slices into pieces.

Boil a pot of water, add the pig's trotters and turmeric, add a little cooking wine, cook for 6-7 minutes, wait until the foam completely comes out, remove and wash.
