Sesame potato balls
Overview

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and steam them in a steamer (I don’t have sweet potatoes at home so I used white potatoes instead)

While hot, press into puree, add a spoonful of condensed milk and mix well

Add flour a little at a time to form a soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes

Apply a little oil on your hands, take a little dough into your palms and form into a ball

Dip a layer of sesame seeds into the sesame seeds and set aside

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it to 60% heat. Add sesame balls and fry until the surface is golden brown. Take them out and fry again
