To be honest, I have never eaten okra before, so I gave it a try.

Wash the okra after removing the stems.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the steamer. After boiling, pour the okra in and blanch it.

When the color of the okra becomes brighter and greener, turn off the heat and take the okra out.

After the okra has cooled, cut into hob pieces as shown in the picture.

Finely chop the peppers.

Take two eggs and beat them with appropriate amount of salt. Then put it in the pan and fry it until it is cooked, then put it out.

Then heat up another pot and add an appropriate amount of soybean oil.

Once the oil is hot add chopped chillies.

Pour in the chopped okra, stir-fry for a while, and add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

After the okra is cooked, add the scrambled eggs just now, stir well and turn off the heat.

Finally, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate.
