  1. Cut the dried tofu into triangles.

  2. Slice pork belly.

  3. Chop ginger and green and red pepper into cubes.

  4. Stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan to release the oil, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce.

  6. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry.

  7. Add a little water and simmer covered for two to three minutes.

  8. Add green and red pepper cubes and stir-fry for a few times, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

  9. Stir well and remove from the pan.
