  1. Dissolve starch in a little water (the starch I bought is the cheapest kind in the supermarket that costs a few yuan a bag);

  2. Stir to dissolve thoroughly→_→

I forgot to take pictures during the cooking process - just put a few bowls of water in the pot → boil → pour in the dissolved water starch (flour noodles) → stir in one direction with a wooden spoon → low heat → keep stirring until it feels thick. Once placed in a heat-proof container, cover and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. When it's done, it will look like this when poured out.

  4. Cut into small pieces and put cucumber shreds on the plate →_→

  7. This was what I brought to work for lunch the next morning →_→ If the work unit has a refrigerator, put it in the refrigerator. If there is no refrigerator, it’s okay to put it aside~
