Stir-fried sausage and bamboo shoots with sesame oil
Overview
The small green bamboo shoots are cute and attractive, and they are the best partner with the home-smoked bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon is gone, and there is still some sausage left, so I use it to top it off. Served with bacon and bamboo shoots stir-fried with Yi Shu Tang sesame oil, delicious food is waiting for you.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Blanch the small bamboo shoots in hot water. You can add a little salt and Yishutang sesame oil
-
Cut bamboo shoots into small strips, cut sausage and pork belly into cubes, and slice chili peppers;
-
Stir-fry the pork belly until the oil is released, then add the sausage and stir-fry the oil (personally, I think bamboo shoots are more delicious when fried with Yi Shutang's sesame oil. If you have bacon, just cut it into thin slices and stir-fry until the oil is released, instead of using the pork belly). Add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry together;
-
When preparing to cook, add some salt and drizzle some light soy sauce (optional). It is best not to add water during the whole process, so that the bamboo shoots will be crispy.
