Spiced braised quail eggs
Overview
I used to skip breakfast when I was at work. As a result, I would be unbearably hungry after the morning meeting. I would often stock up on vacuum-packed quail eggs as dry food. I think it would be a bit nutritious, right? When my colleagues saw it, they always said it was unhealthy and not as good as home-cooked, so I also learned to make it. Some time ago, my mother bought a few kilograms of quail eggs for my baby, and asked me to cook a few for her every day. I cooked them for several days, but the baby didn't seem to like them, so she crushed them and threw them away, so I marinated them into spices. Thank you, Mom~
