Ingredients: Prepare carrots, corn, and water chestnuts.
-
Place the ribs in the pot under cold water, skim off the foam after the water boils, continue to boil for a few minutes, and then remove.
-
Rinse the blanched pork ribs with warm water to remove the residue on the pork ribs.
-
Put the cleaned pork ribs into the pot, add three or two slices of ginger, chives (it is not recommended to use green onions for making soup, the green onions are too strong and will take away the freshness and sweetness of the corn ribs soup)
-
Put the pot on the fire, bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 50 minutes.
-
When making pork rib soup, handle the auxiliary ingredients: cut carrots and corn into cubes, peel and cut water chestnuts into two pieces.
-
Simmer for about 50 minutes until the soup is thick. Remove the chives and add the chopped carrots, corn and water chestnuts.
-
Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes again, until the carrots are soft and the corn is cooked. Add salt according to your own taste.
-
Finished product! The soup is fresh and sweet, delicious and not irritating.
