Tea flavored prawns

Overview

Tea is a treasure. Since I stewed the pork knuckles with tea leaves, I used tea leaves to fry the prawns today. They are very delicious😋!

  1. Use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp lines, brew the green tea with boiling water and set aside, separate the white and green scallions, shred the ginger and mince the garlic.

  2. Soak the onion and ginger in the brewed tea. After the tea is cool, add the shrimp and soak for 5 minutes. This will remove the fishy smell very well.

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, dry the soaked tea leaves with kitchen paper, pour into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until the tea leaves turn yellow, remove and set aside.

  4. Fry the tea leaves in the base oil, then add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  5. Then add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color.

  6. Add steamed fish soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Finally, add the tea leaves and stir-fry evenly until the aroma is fragrant.

  8. Finally, plate it and add a few slices of lemon!
