  1. Just the right amount of glutinous rice and cook it like rice.

  2. Prepare ingredients: minced meat, diced carrots, diced mushrooms, diced ham, peas, and chives.

  3. Put oil in the pot and fry the minced meat.

  4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry, pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry.

  5. Continue to add diced carrots, diced ham sausage, and diced peas and stir-fry.

  6. Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and stir-fry.

  7. Pour in the cooked glutinous rice, mix well, turn off the heat, add the green onions and mix well.

  8. Cut a small opening into the tofu, press the tissue inside the tofu with your hands, and stuff the rice into the tofu.

  9. Each bean puff is stuffed with glutinous rice and stored in the refrigerator.

  10. Seasonings: small red pepper, minced garlic, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chives.

  11. Turn on high heat and steam for 10 minutes after the water boils. It can be eaten directly or dipped in condiments.
