Braised pork trotters in sauce

My mother-in-law is back. As soon as they come back, I have to think about what to eat for lunch. Today, let’s stew pig’s trotters with mushrooms and peppers. I’m thinking of mixing this sauce with rice for my son and my mother-in-law’s rice with this pig’s trotters. That's how I decided. I cooked it very quickly, prepared the ingredients, put them in the pot, and then asked my mother-in-law to check the fire and simmer for an hour and a half.

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak the mushrooms and pig's trotters in water.
