Sautéed peas with cauliflower

About 300 grams of organic cauliflower, 1 small bowl of freshly grilled peas, 100 grams of sausage, 3 mushrooms, and 1 segment of green onion.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash them. Wash the peas as well, blanch them and let them cool. When the water boils, add the peas and cook for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower and cook for another 1 minute.
