Laoya Bianjian Soup

Duck is one of the indispensable delicacies for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day family banquet. Finally, let’s finish it off with the salty old duck soup. Bianjian, also known as Bianjian bamboo shoots, Tianmu dried bamboo shoots, and also called Baixi. It is made from bamboo buds or tender whips, which are boiled in salt water and baked over charcoal fire.
