Soak the fungus and clean it. Remove the fascia from both ends of the snow pea and clean it. Peel and slice the yam and peel and slice the carrot.

Cut green onions into sections and dice ginger.

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of clear oil, scald the vegetables separately, remove and drain.

Pour oil into the wok, add diced ginger and green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add vegetables and stir-fry.

Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a little water starch to thicken the gravy.
