Overview
The steps to make pork rinds are a bit tedious, so you need to be patient to make them delicious. It needs to be cooked twice, and the lard needs to be scraped off. The pig skin placed in the soy milk machine needs to be cut into small pieces. I didn't cut it small enough, so I stirred it twice.
