Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash pig tail bones
-
Put cold water in a pot and bring to a boil
-
Remove and rinse with clean water
-
Chop onions and ginger and set aside
-
Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and two tablespoons of sugar
-
Simmer over low heat until brown
-
Add the tailbone and stir-fry until browned
-
Add 4 spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, and two spoons of cooking wine, stir-fry
-
Add two spoons of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry
-
Put onions, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, dried red chili peppers into the bottom of the electric pressure cooker
-
Pour the stir-fried tailbone into the electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. The water should be at least half the height of the tailbone. Add appropriate amount of salt
-
Press the beans/tendon button on the electric pressure cooker. Some electric pressure cookers have a ribs button, but mine does not. When the program ends, it will deflate automatically. The ribs are done. If you like it without soup, you can pour it into a wok to collect the juice. I love spaghetti noodles, so I saved the soup to make noodles. Does not affect the taste of the tailbone😊
