Wash the grass carp and cut it into pieces. Marinate it with a little salt, a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of soy sauce for 20 minutes. Cut the green onion into sections, pickle the ginger and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic and cut the small red pepper into rings

Add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the marinated fish pieces and mix well
