Glutinous rice cake fish
Overview
A traditional home-cooked dish in Hubei. It has nothing to do with glutinous rice cakes, so the name is not verified. This dish is salty and fresh, and goes well with wine and rice.

Grass carp slaughtered. (The merchant has taken care of it)

Wash and select fish pieces, marinate with cooking wine, pepper, ginger slices and salt for more than 24 hours to add flavor.

Marinate the fish fillets, dry the surface moisture, and season with soy sauce + sugar + vinegar + chicken essence + pepper.

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Put everything on the cutting board and cut it.

Heat more oil in the pot and add fish pieces.

Fry until both sides are browned and drain.

Leave a little remaining oil, add two peppercorns and ginger to the pot.

Add the fish pieces and pour the juice into the bowl.

Sprinkle the juice with chopped green onion.
