Cold Chicken Feet

  1. Wash the chicken feet and cut them into small pieces. Boil the ginger, salt and cooking wine in a pot. Boil the water for 10 minutes, remove and drain in cold water and set aside

  2. Make seasoning: put lemon, chilli padi, garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a basin and stir evenly.

  3. Pour the reserved chicken feet into the basin and stir evenly.

  4. Finally, add some sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander. If you want it to be more flavorful, you can add plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
