First process the oranges, wash them and remove the orange peel (only the outer layer, not the white part), squeeze out 50 grams of orange juice

Put all the ingredients except butter and orange zest into the bread machine and knead for 10 minutes

After fermentation, shape into a round shape like a steamed bun and place into an 8-inch non-stick mold

Carry out secondary fermentation until the dough ferments until the mold is 7 or 8 minutes full. Brush the surface lightly with egg wash and sprinkle with grated coconut
