Place all bread ingredients except butter into a bowl. Knead into dough.

Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature for about two hours. (When the weather is hot, fermentation can be doubled at room temperature at home)

Deflate the dough and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Cut the dough into ten small strips.
