Homemade donkey hide gelatin candy
Overview
Every winter I boil donkey-hide gelatin, prepare it for myself, and make it into candy bars for easy consumption. My ingredients are: half a pound of donkey-hide gelatin, one pound of walnut kernels, one pound of black sesame seeds, one pound of rock sugar, and one pound of cooking wine.
