Prepare the ingredients.

Soak shredded jellyfish in water for 2 hours (change the water several times in between), clean and set aside.

Peel and shred the radish.

Add appropriate amount of salt to marinate the water.

Cut the cucumber into shreds.

Squeeze out the water from the shredded radish, add soaked shredded jellyfish, shredded cucumber, vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Just mix well.
