Fried squid rings
Overview
I recently went to the supermarket and discovered for the first time a special-shaped ingredient like squid rings. I thought the circles were so cute, so I just wanted to wrap them in bread crumbs and fry them. Today is my day off so I decided to make a plate of fried squid rings.

Carefully remove the purple membrane from the outside of the squid rings.

Rinse with boiling water.

Marinate with white wine and pepper for 8 minutes.

While marinating, prepare eggs, flour, and bread crumbs.

Coat with a layer of egg wash.

Coat with another layer of flour.

Coat in bread crumbs and serve on a plate.

When the oil is at level 7 hot, add the squid rings and fry until golden brown!

Plate with lettuce and tomato sauce and enjoy!
